For all reservations made on our website, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining 50% seven days prior to your arrival.
A confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of booking, and another email will be sent seven days prior to your arrival requesting that you pay the balance of your rental via our website.
If you wish to rent equipment for your activities on site, you can pay by credit card or cash.
In the event of force majeure, we will refund 100% of your initial payment.
Otherwise, the withdrawal period is set at 45 days before your arrival date for a 100% refund. After this period, your deposit cannot be refunded.
